What is HeartThreads Clothing?
HeartThreads™ is a simple, yet incredibly inspirational line of shirts with messages of faith, love, inspiration and wisdom printed on the inside of the shirt above the heart. Like an affirmation, wearing a “message close to the heart” fosters a positive attitude, instilling peace and harmony to oneself. A reminder to be the best we can be to ourselves and to others.
What is the inspiration behind HeartThreads clothing?
As many creations evolve from the mind, this concept was conceived from the heart. After a close friend’s daughter passed away, HeartThreads Clothing founder, Scott Wilson wanted to find a way to pay tribute to her and to help alleviate some of the pain and grief for the father and family. Having a contract to print the father’s company shirts, Scott came up with the idea to print a portrait picture of the daughter on the inside of the shirt above the heart so she could be close to his heart at all times. His vision was to create an inspiring “message close to the heart”. Seeing the joy it brought this father and family, combined with the belief that “what’s on the inside, has more meaning than what’s on the outside”, HeartThreads Clothing was born.
Who is HeartThreads Clothing designed for?
Everyone…each HeartThreads t-shirt has a personalized message printed on the inside next to the wearer’s heart. The phrases are designed to be a daily reminder – whether it is an ongoing resolution, a daily challenge or a phrase to inspire throughout the day, they promote a positive attitude and inner peace to all that wear the shirts to remind us that wherever we go, good things come from the heart.
Where can consumers find HeartThreads shirts?
Currently, HeartThreads t-shirts are available at www.heartthreadsclothing.com. In addition, we are setting up retail distribution in exclusive boutiques in selected cities across the country. Store selection must meet standards to carry the HeartThreads line including demonstrating a high level of integrity and responsibility to their customers and communities.
How are the shirts packaged?
Each shirt is individually packaged. Each shirt comes beautifully packaged in its own inspiring box. The boxes come in four themes: Inspiration, Love, Faith and Wisdom. The box theme and shirt message are coordinated with each other. The shirt is folded inside out with the message showing through the top of the box.
What styles of shirts does HeartThreads come in?
HeartThreads are available in women’s long and short sleeve fitted t-shirts. The fit of the shirt is a classic fitted body style with some unique fit feature. For example, the shirts go from a more fitted body in the smaller sizes to a straighter cut in the larger sizes. The small and xxl should fit equally as well. Also, no more cap sleeves, by popular request we lengthen the short sleeve by ¾” for a much better look on all arms.
What colors do the shirts come in?
We offer nine colors. Each color ties into theme and feeling of the message. From strong grounded hues of Iron Ore and Dark Mud to flirty, sensual shades of Lipstick Red and Rapture Rose. Each shirt color is designed to be merchandised with its beautifully designed box. We offer a Spring/Summer collection and a Fall/Holiday collection.
How much can I expect to pay for a HeartThreads Clothing t-shirt?
The short-sleeve t-shirt will sell for approximately $30.00 and the long-sleeve shirt for approximately $36.00. With limited editions designs staring at $40.00.
Where is HeartThreads Clothing headquarters?
Heart Threads is located in San Diego County in the city of San Marcos, CA about 45 minutes from downtown San Diego and fifteen miles east of the coastal city of Carlsbad.
Who is the Founder of HeartThreads Clothing?
Scott Wilson is the Founder and CEO. He began working in the apparel business in 1979 and has steadily honed his industry knowledge and client base over the years. Wilson started Tour Image Apparel a private label design and manufacturing company in 1990 and now works with clients from every segment of the industry, even global icon Disney Worldwide Attractions. HeartThreads Clothing was formed in spring of this year. Wilson has 30 years of experience delivering the highest quality apparel to an ever changing retail environment.
Where are the shirts manufactured?
Made in the USA... HeartThreads shirts are made with love and integrity in our state-of-art sewing facility in North San Diego, California. The Supima cotton is grown in Central California in the San Joaquin Valley. The fabric is knitted in Los Angeles and the shirt is constructed in San Diego. We are proud of our low carbon footprint of about 500 miles from start to finish.
What fabrics are HeartThreads t-shirts made from?
HeartThreads utilizes the highest quality American grown cotton, Supima, currently available to clothing manufacturers. Supima cotton is made from 100% America Pima cotton – the finest cotton grown in the U.S. in very limited production. And, Supima is an abbreviation for Superior Pima. Supima cotton gives products superior strength and longevity. This is why the shirt feels so good.
