Please allow 3 to 4 days to ship your order (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). All orders are shipped from Escondido, California, USA via standard shipping unless you select an alternative.
We ship orders to all US states and territories, as well as more than 100 other countries. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.

Two Day Delivery – $10 (2-3 business days)
Next Day Delivery – $20 (1-2 business days)
If Standard Shipping is selected, your order may ship via USPS. Some UPS orders may be delivered by the Postal Service. Your Shipping Confirmation Email will tell you how you can track your package. Two Day and Overnight Delivery orders placed after 1 PM EST will not ship until the next business day.
Size Exchange Policy – Please read. VERY IMPORTANT
Due to the fact that our apparel is limited editions and printed to each specific order, we do not keep an inventory. Therefore, exchanges are granted only if size is still available. Please make sure you thoroughly research, check, double check, and ask plenty of questions to make sure that you are ordering the correct size.
Return Policy – Please read. VERY IMPORTANT
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 15 days of purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed. We’ll send an email when your return has been processed. We will credit your original form of payment for returns mailed within 30 days.
Uneven Exchanges: If you would like to exchange merchandise for a different item, return label and new shipping fees will apply.
Most returns are processed within 15 days of receipt in our warehouse. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.

2. Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip. Please be sure your Order ID is on the return label for fast processing.
3. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx) and retain your receipt. HeartThreads Clothing is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, HeartThreads Clothing will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
